Which to choose
Very closely matched. Both are US-built, oxygen-fed, ship an output chart and carry a lifetime warranty on the cell. The real difference is ceramic versus quartz, and Promolife make a reasonable case for ceramic. Choose on price, support and what is in the box rather than on specifications.
